Which subscription plan should I opt for?
Our plans depend on your team size and your yearly revenue or funds raised.
Personal – For Individual creators having less than USD 100,000 yearly revenue or funds raised.
Professional – For small and medium teams having less than USD 500,000 yearly revenue or funds raised.
Indie – For small and medium teams having less than USD 1,000,000 yearly revenue or funds raised.
Studio – Large sized teams having less than USD 2,000,000 yearly revenue or funds raised.
In case your yearly revenue is more than this or you need more users, please write to us for a plan suiting your needs.
What is included in my subscription?
If you have taken our subscription, you can use the downloaded assets in your projects and use them commercially abiding by the Terms and Conditions. You cannot directly share, distribute or sell the downloaded items strictly.
Can I change my subscription plan?
You may change your subscription plan in case you meet the plan requirements. Your unused credits would expire but your acquired assets from the old plan would still be associated to your new plan as per the Terms and Conditions.
Can I cancel my subscription?
You may cancel your subscription anytime. Amount paid for the subscription is not refundable. Your subscription will be under “Pending Cancellation” status until the end of your current billing cycle. You will not be able to use your credits or download acquired assets. In case you change your mind, you can still reactivate your subscription before your next payment date. In this case you would regain access to your acquired assets and credit balance, if any. After cancellation, the continued use of your downloaded assets is determined by the terms of the plan you acquired them under. Please refer the Terms and Conditions.
How do subscriptions work?
As per your subscription plan, download credits are awarded on a monthly basis as per your billing cycle. These credits can be used to download assets. Any unused credits are carried over in the next month provided you have an active subscription. If you run out of credits you can purchase a refill pack from your dashboard.
How to change my subscription plan?
Cancel your current subscription plan and subscribe to the new plan. The plan change shall be applicable only after the expiry date of your current subscription plan.
I have subscribed to a plan that is no longer available on the website.
You may continue to use the same plan for the term you are allotted to use that plan as per plan details. In order to switch to the new plan, cancel your old plan and subscribe to a new subscription plan after the completion of your current billing cycle.
What happens if my subscription payment has failed?
If the payment fails, your account goes on hold. You get 7 days grace period to renew subscription. If you still do not make payment, your subscription is cancelled. After cancellation, the unused credits expire.
What happens if my subscription plan has expired?
Each subscription plan has it’s own expiry, mentioned in the pricing table. After the expiry, you will get 7 days period to buy a new subscription plan. Your credit balance would roll over if you buy a new subscription plan within this period.
How do I cancel my subscription?
To cancel a subscription, visit the My Account page > Subscriptions > and Press the “Cancel” Button.
How do credits work?
You get credits in your account according to your subscription plan. Credits required to download a product are mentioned along with the product. Once you click the “DOWNLOAD” button, credits are deducted from your credit balance and the download start automatically. If you have already downloaded a product and have an active subscription, the product is considered as re-download and no credits are deducted in that case. However, your re-download limit depends on your subscription plan.
Do my unused credits roll over each month?
Your unused credits roll over each month as long as you have an active subscription.
Can I redownload a product?
As long as you have an active subscription you can redownload a product without using credits. To have fair usage, re-download limit is capped based on your subscription plan. You can see your balance re-download limit under “CREDITS” tab on My Accounts page.
How many downloads do I get every month?
Depending on your subscription plan, your download credits are allotted every month which is linked to your billing cycle. This information can be seen on your accounts page under “Credits” tab. In addition, you can also re-download assets without any cost. To have fair usage, re-download limit per month is capped based on your subscription plan.
How many credits does each download cost?
The credits required to download an asset are mentioned along with the asset.
How do I download an asset?
To download an asset, you need to have an active subscription plan and sufficient credit balance in your account. Click the “DOWNLOAD” button and the download starts automatically. You can see your credit balance under “CREDITS” tab on My Accounts page.
How do I know if I have already downloaded an asset?
There is a blue check box on the preview image and you get “RE-DOWNLOAD” button instead of “DOWNLOAD” button. Once your re-download limit is over, you would again see “DOWNLOAD” button and you can download using credits.
What if my credits are exhausted?
If you run out of credits you can get a refill pack from “CREDITS” section on My Account page. Maximum number of refill packs that can be purchased within one billing cycle depends on your subscription plan. You can see your refill pack limit balance under “CREDITS” tab on My Accounts page.
What if my re-download limit is exhausted?
If your re-download limit is over, you can download assets using your credit balance.
Where can I find invoices of my orders?
Your invoice would be sent to you via email. Also, you can find it under “ORDERS” tab on My Account Page.
How can I change my payment method?
Go to My Account page and change your details under “PAYMENT METHODS” tab.
How can I change my billing details?
Go to My Account page and edit your billing details and Tax number under “ADDRESSES” tab.
How can I delete my account?

Can I get TAX invoice?
If you have entered your TAX number in the billing details, we will add that to your invoice.
How to enable recurring payment for my subscription plan?
Go to “SUBSCRIPTIONS” tab in My Account page and click on the current subscription plan and opt for “Auto Renewal”.
How can I change my account password?
Go to My Account page and change your account password under “ACCOUNT DETAILS” tab.
