  • Which subscription plan should I opt for?

    Our plans depend on your team size and your yearly revenue or funds raised.

    Hobbyist – For New learners having less than USD 25,000 yearly revenue or funds raised.

    Personal – For Individual creators having less than USD 50,000 yearly revenue or funds raised.

    Freelancer – For Independent professionals having less than USD 75,000 yearly revenue or funds raised.

    Professional – For Advanced CG artists having less than USD 100,000 yearly revenue or funds raised.

    Pro – For Small sized teams having less than USD 100,000 yearly revenue or funds raised.

    Indie – For Medium sized teams having less than USD 500,000 yearly revenue or funds raised.

    Studio – For Large sized teams having less than USD 1,000,000 yearly revenue or funds raised.

    In case your yearly revenue is more than this or you need more users, please write to us for a plan suiting your needs. Please note that the revenue cap mentioned above considers the organization's revenue as a whole, not just the individual department that is applying for the license.   • What can I do with A23D assets?

    If you have taken our subscription, you can use the downloaded assets in your projects and use them commercially abiding by the Terms and Conditions. You can incorporate A23D assets into your unique 2D or 3D creations for use in architectural and product visualizations, advertising, games, movies, TV shows, web design, and printed media.

  • What can't I do with A23D assets?

    We devote significant time, money, and effort to creating our A23D assets, and thus, there are several restrictions on their usage:

    • Our assets cannot be shared, sold, licensed, redistributed, or repackaged, even if modified, whether directly or indirectly. This restriction extends to baked textures.
    • You must not provide scene files containing A23D assets in a whole or easily extractable form to clients.
    • If you're part of a team plan, asset sharing is permitted exclusively among users on the same team plan.
    • Our assets are prohibited from use in cloud rendering, design software, or games where users can access the assets directly or indirectly for purposes such as designing rooms, buildings, levels, or scenes.
    • Usage of our assets in any Machine Learning (ML) or Artificial Intelligence (AI) models, neural networks, or applications is strictly forbidden.
    • Our assets must not be used to create logos, trademarks, or copyrights of any kind.
    • Use of A23D assets in work licensed via Creative Commons/Open Source Software, game mods, game maps, or game add-ons is not allowed, as these use cases enable others to access our assets.
    • Modifying our textures and selling them as your own, or using our textures to create and sell a shader, is not permitted. This is considered redistribution or competitive use.
    • Embedding A23D textures or models in models or scenes that you sell or redistribute is also prohibited. Baking textures or embedding models and textures is considered redistribution or competitive use.

  • How do subscriptions work?

    Under the terms of your subscription plan, you are given a specific number of credits every billing cycle, intended for the download of assets. If you do not utilize all of your allocated credits within a given billing cycle, the remaining credits will automatically be transferred to the next billing cycle as long as your subscription remains active. It is important to note that an active subscription plan is required for using these credits to download assets.

  • Can I change my subscription plan?

    You can upgrade or downgrade your subscription tier, or switch from a monthly to a yearly plan at any time. If you've exhausted your credits, you have the option to either switch to a different subscription plan or re-subscribe to the same plan to replenish your credits.

  • How do I change my subscription plan?

    To modify your subscription plan, navigate to our pricing page and choose the new subscription plan you prefer. If you currently have an active subscription, a popup message will appear, informing you of your ongoing subscription. This message will include a button to cancel your existing plan. Click on this button to proceed with the cancellation. After canceling your current subscription, you are free to subscribe to any new plan of your choice.

    Additionally, if you have exhausted your credits, you have the option to either change your subscription plan or re-subscribe to the same plan to replenish your credits.

  • What happens if my renewal payment has failed?

    If a payment failure occurs, your subscription will be set to an 'Overdue' status, during which you will be unable to use your subscription benefits. Our payment system will automatically attempt to process the payment again. If the payment issue is not resolved within a specified period, your subscription will be cancelled.

  • Can I use A23D assets after my subscription plan expires?

    Yes, you can continue using the assets you have downloaded, but you must adhere to our terms and conditions.

  • Can I cancel my subscription?

    You have the option to cancel your subscription at any time. Please note, however, that the amount paid for the subscription is non-refundable.

    Upon cancellation, your subscription will be marked as 'Cancelled' and will remain in this status until the end of your current billing cycle. During this period, you will lose access to your credits and the ability to download assets.

    If you reconsider your decision, you can reactivate your subscription any time before your billing cycle ends. Reactivation will restore your access to previously acquired assets and any remaining credit balance.

    After your subscription has ended, your rights to use the downloaded assets will be governed by the terms of the plan under which they were acquired. For more details, please refer to our Terms and Conditions.

  • How do I cancel my subscription?

    To cancel your subscription, visit your account dashboard and select 'Manage Subscriptions'. Then, click 'Cancel' and confirm your choice. Please note that subscriptions automatically renew by default until they are cancelled.

Credits

  • How do credits work?

    You get credits in your account according to your subscription plan. Credits required to download a product are mentioned along with the product. Once you click the “DOWNLOAD” button, credits are deducted from your credit balance and the download start automatically. If you have already downloaded a product and have an active subscription, the product is considered as re-download and no credits are deducted in that case. However, your re-download limit depends on your subscription plan.

  • Do my unused credits roll over each month?

    Your unused credits roll over each month as long as you have an active subscription.

  • Can I redownload a product?

    As long as you have an active subscription you can redownload a product without using credits. To have fair usage, re-download limit is capped based on your subscription plan. You can see your balance re-download limit in your account dashboard.

  • How many downloads do I get every month?

    Depending on your subscription plan, your download credits are allotted every month which is linked to your billing cycle. This information can be seen in your account dashboard. In addition, you can also re-download assets without any cost. To have fair usage, re-download limit per month is capped based on your subscription plan.

  • How many credits does each download cost?

    The credits required to download an asset are mentioned along with the asset.

  • How do I download an asset?

    To download an asset, you need to have an active subscription plan and sufficient credit balance in your account. Click the “DOWNLOAD” button and the download starts automatically.

  • How do I know if I have already downloaded an asset?

    There is a blue check box on the preview image and you get “RE-DOWNLOAD” button instead of “DOWNLOAD” button. Once your re-download limit is over, you would again see “DOWNLOAD” button and you can download using credits.

  • What if my credits are exhausted?

    If you find that your credits have been fully utilized, please don't hesitate to contact us. We are here to assist you in replenishing your credit balance. Our team will ensure that you receive the necessary support to continue accessing our services without interruption.

  • What if my re-download limit is exhausted?

    If your re-download limit is over, you can download assets using your credit balance.

  • Where can I find invoices of my orders?

    Your invoice will be sent to you via email. Additionally, you can access it by clicking on 'Manage Subscriptions' in your account dashboard and selecting the 'Invoices' section.

  • How can I change my payment method?

    To update your payment method, simply go to your account dashboard and click on the 'Manage Subscriptions' button. From there, navigate to 'Payment Methods' where you can change your preferred payment details.

  • How can I change my billing details?

    To update your billing details, please go to your account dashboard and click on the 'Manage Subscriptions' button. Once there, select the 'Billing Details' option. This will allow you to easily and securely modify your billing information as needed.

  • Can I get TAX invoice?

    If you include your tax number in the billing details, it will automatically be added to your invoice.

  • How can I change my account password?

    To change your password, go to your account dashboard and click on 'Manage Account'. In this section, you will find the option to enter a new password. Follow the prompts to update your password securely.

  • How can I delete my account?

    To delete your account, please go to your account dashboard and click on 'Manage Account'. There, you will find a 'Delete Account' button. Click on this button and follow the subsequent steps to permanently delete your account. Please be aware that this action is irreversible and cannot be undone.
