Which file format should I download for manual use in Unity?

Which render pipelines are supported?

The plugin supports URP, HDRP, and the Built-in Render Pipeline. URP and HDRP use the included A23D shader graphs, while Built-in projects use Unity's Standard shader fallback.

Can I use A23D Decals in Unity?

Yes. In HDRP, create a Decal Projector or Decal Mesh and assign an HDRP/Decal material with the A23D color, normal, and mask maps. In URP, enable the Decal Renderer Feature in your URP asset and use a URP Decal Projector with the A23D textures. In Built-in, place the decal as a quad just above the surface with a transparent or alpha-cutout shader.

How do I use A23D IES lighting profiles in Unity?

In HDRP, drop the .ies file into your Project and Unity will auto-import it as an IES Profile asset, generating a ready-to-use Light Prefab. Drag it into the scene or assign the profile directly to any existing HDRP Light. URP and Built-in don't support native IES import — approximate the distribution using a cookie texture on a Spot Light instead. For photometrically accurate results, HDRP is recommended.

What texture resolution should I use in Unity?

Use 4K for hero materials in cinematic shots, 2K for general gameplay/scene assets, and 1K for distant or background props. Use Unity's Texture Import Override per platform (mobile / console / PC) to dial down maximum size where needed without re-authoring textures.
